Holy guacamole.
Property giants Hines (US) and Peterson (Hong Kong) are seeking permission this week for the €75 million redevelopment of the iconic Central Bank on Dame Street.
The plans include creating a two-storey, 300-seater glass rooftop restaurant and skydeck with 360º views of Dublin City, according to The Irish Times.
The ‘Central Plaza’ will also house offices, a cafe and retail units at street and basement level.

Developers hope the plaza will be completed by December 2018.
The planning application will be lodged this week.
