Here’s Why Traffic Is Set To Be Chaotic This Weekend

Bank holiday weekends can be chaotic for road users at the best of times.

Public transport is all over the place, kids are terrorising the streets in Heelies and taxi queues span the length and breadth of the Camden Mile.

Dublin taxi company Lynk has stated that they expect an increase of 40% in booking over the long weekend in Dublin, especially with Forbidden Fruit kicking off this Saturday at 2pm in Kilmainham and Bloom in Phoenix Park going on all weekend.

And how can we make this easier on you the people?

Pre-book, buds. Just download the app (Apple or Android) and get your book on.

It’s just that simple…

Mick Gaynor, Marketing Manager for Lynk said:

“We’ve experienced a huge spike in app downloads in the past month which has led to a 12% increase in electronic bookings, we’re pleased to see new customers taking their first trip with Lynk. This is always one of our busiest weekends of the summer, with so many activities taking place it’s essential to book in advance to keep your plans on track.”

You hear that?

Essential.

Trust us on this one guys. We wouldn’t do you wrong…
