You might remember a few weeks back we posted about a new mural which appeared on Aungier Street in the city. The work of Subset Dublin in association with Lidl, it featured a quartet of Ladies Gaelic Footballers and was created ahead of the All-Ireland Ladies Football Final which took place on Sunday.
Now that it's all over and Dublin have conquered Cork to complete a two-in-a-row, Subset have gone with an altogether more subtle creation this time.
But what's the number 50,141 all about, you ask? Well, this is the amount of people who attended the final at Croke Park in what was a new record for the showpiece event.

With the attendance at the final rising year on year recently, lets hope 2019 sees further record numbers and a few more examples of this amazing artwork around the city.
