We're here to inform you that the Dublin housing market is indeed, at it again. 

Sent into us by Lovin Dublin reader David Sweeney - this tiny single bedroom in Rathmines is on the market for €1,000 a month, having originally been priced at a whopping €1,800 a month. 

The ad for the room, which can be seen here, states:

While we understand that Rathmines is a nice area, the room has an en-suite and bills are included - we're still amazed to think that this room could have possibly been rented to someone for €1,800 per month.
