High winds blew the roof off a house in Portmarnock last night, BreakingNews.ie is reporting.

Dublin Fire Brigade took to Twitter to share images of the damage as swirling winds swept across Dublin and the rest of Ireland.

The incident happened near Portmarnock Racecourse at around 1.10am this morning.
