Possibly because it’s some sort of wooden shed.
A modern, bright and neat shed, we’ll give it that, but a shed nonetheless.
Located on Wainsfort Road, Terenure, Dublin 6w – this home is a ‘one-bed own hall door studio’ and is not suitable for couples, according to the post.
The advertisement, which you can see here, states:
