Revealed: The Most And Least Expensive Places To Rent In Dublin In 2018 So Far

The latest report released by Daft.ie shows that rents have now risen by almost 90% in Dublin. 

This is a big jump from the county average (70%), other cities' average (68%) and the rest of the country (53%).

Shockingly, this is the 23rd quarter in a row that rents have increased and what's even more scary is the fact that Dublin rent is now 30% higher than at their Celtic Tiger peak. 

The most expensive place to live in the whole of Dublin, and Ireland for that matter, is South County Dublin (€1,541) and Dublin 4 (€1,484.).

While the cheapest places to rent are in West Dublin and North county Dublin where one beds will cost you a couple of hundred euro short of €1,200.
