One of our favourite pubs, The Bernard Shaw, will be hosting a Black Books night in August.
While the show itself hasn’t been on our screens for over 12 years, it seems people are still pretty obsessed with it – with over 2,800 people having already clicked attending on the Facebook event page.
So far the details about the evening are pretty scant, but what we do know sounds pretty promising:
Wine lollies at the ready for quizzes, music and fun all kept below 88 degrees.
The drinks will be few and the people many… it will be everything you expected and less.
