If your idea of gluten-free food is a couple of chewy wraps from Tesco’s free-from section, think again – a new bakery in Blackrock is set to revolutionise the scene for coeliacs (and, er, difficult #fitfammers who think gluten is the devil.)
Gluttony is all about gluten-free food without the deprivation: salted caramel brownies, blueberry muffins and focaccia sambos, with not a shred of kale in sight.
All of their baked goods are made freshly in their South Dublin premises each morning – they’re currently open from 8am-6pm, but they’ve been in business less than a fortnight, so expect that to change in response to demand.
The best shout? Grab a tea or coffee and one of their gluten-free summer berry muffins for just €4. Yum!
