This Deadly Mexican Food Truck Will Be Popping Up In Dublin Very Soon

Cantina is a mobile Mexican food emporium housed in a fully-fitted corrugated container.

Having served food to the masses in Galway back in October, Cantina‘s next destination will be in Dublin’s fair city.

The menu in this Mexican container will consist of some tacos, burritos and boxes filled with meat options such as Chorizo Con Carne, Beef Carnitas, Pollo Adobado or a vegetarian option with fresh guac. 

Chef Nick Fitzgerald came up with the authentic menu after travelling around Mexico over the past few years, and working at the critically acclaimed Pujol restaurant in Mexico City with Chef Enrique Olvera.
