There’s a collision on Sean Moore Road before Tom Clarke Bridge, blocking the middle lane. Traffic is getting by but there are delays on approach.

Nearby, traffic along East Wall Rd is busy from 3Arena to the Church Road junction
Things are also moving very slowly on Anglesea Road from Ballsbridge to Donnybrook as people leave an event at the RDS.
And of course it’s slow along the Grand Canal westbound from Leeson St Bridge to Harold’s Cross. Nearby, traffic is busy now on Rathmines Road outbound from the canal to the Military Road junction.
