Storm Ali is currently causing havoc in Dublin and around the country with news of fallen trees, closed roads and travel disruptions pouring in.
An orange weather warning was in place until 1pm and a yellow warning will now stay in place until 5pm.
So spare a thought for the homeless people outside with no protection from the strong winds – which were reported to be up to 98 km/h in some parts of Dublin today.
Inner City Helping Homeless (ICHH) has issued an appeal for the public to get in touch with one of their outreach volunteers if they see anyone that might need help.

The charity’s CEO Anthony Flynn noted that their emergency line is open and that anyone who sees a rough sleeper can report it to them on 0858389281.
