Lovin Dublin City Spotlight – George’s Street

emmakenneally

George’s Street has over the last few years become the best street in the city centre for a meal out. There are so many exciting restaurants serving up many different cuisines. When it comes to this street, all we think of are restaurants from the best Mexican tostados in 777, classic french fare in Le Gueuleton, Diwali for mouth watering Indian food, the most amazing Japanese tapas in Izakaya, to Italian food with a New York style twist in San Lorenzos.

Dinner is usually followed with a drink and we’re big fans of Hogan’s, The Long Hall and the whisky sours downstairs in Izakaya are a must try.

We love Georges Arcade too for Saturday afternoon browsing and are often found in Lolly & Cooks buying a savage roll, having breakfast in Yogism or browsing the many different stalls selling everything from clothes, books to jewellery.
