It may seem like the cornerstone of our existence but Netflix has only been in Ireland for a few years.
The streaming service celebrates five years in Ireland this, having first become available back in 2012.
Netflix currently has over 86 million members in over 190 countries (crazy!) so we decided to celebrate this momentous occasion by taking a look back at the best shows, films and docs that we've watched over the years.
Here are the team's top picks...
"Perfectly eery, gory and entertaining all at once – this is not one for the faint-hearted or those suffering from haemophobia. Featuring the infamous Dr Hannibal Lecter, the acting is on point, the storyline is brilliantly constructed and your nightmares will last for months"

"This gangster drama, located in the streets of post-war Birmingham, is one of the best things I have seen in a long, long time. It is definitely Cillian Murphy's best work to date, and one of Tom Hardy's finest roles.
"With drama, violence, love, friendship, heartbreak and the odd vicious slice of a razor blade hidden in a peaked cap (Is the name of the show making a little more sense now?), I couldn't recommend this show anymore."

"The best thing I've ever seen on Netflix is the documentary What Happened, Miss Simone?.It's a really cool documentary about the life and times of Ms Nina and has some bangin' tunes in it too.
Disclaimer: It does, however, make you feel very boring, talentless and unachieved. Oh, and white. Very, very white.

Amanda Knox tells the story of the eponymous American student who was accused of murdering British girl Meredith Kercher in Perugia, Italy in 2007. The case gripped crime buffs for a number of years and, like all good documentaries of this genre, Amanda Knox leaves the viewer questioning what they already believed to be true.
Great insights from those involved in the case including Knox herself and those who prosecuted her.

"I love My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend because it plays with the tropes of romantic comedies, while also delivering satirical musical numbers like ‘The Sexy Getting Ready Song’, ‘Settle For Me’ and ‘You Stupid Bitch.’" Genius.

"I'm obsessed with Netflix so it was reeeaaaally hard to answer this question but music documentaries are always my first choice.
"A recent favourite is the Searching For Sugar Man, which tells the incredible story of two Cape Town music fans who try to track down one of their favourite musicians. It won a BAFTA and an Oscar for Best Documentary and it's easy to see why. Definitely worth checking out."
