Can You Help Dublin Airport Reunite This 70-Year-Old Photograph With Its Owner?

Dublin Airport has launched an appeal online to find the owner of this vintage photograph.

The photograph is dated 1946 and shows two children playing on bicycles. The photo's inscription tells us the names of the children are David and Sandra, and that the picture was taken on Neville Road, Bermingham.
