Coffee-lovers have always been keen to get creative and mix up what goes in their brew.
And, who are we to judge? The imaginative minds of the coffee-sphere have given us treats such as meringue coffee, bulletproof coffee and even mushroom coffee – but this new trendy coffee trick seems to be pushing the boat out. Big time.
The opinion-divider in question, currently enjoying its 15 minutes of fame at the moment is, of course, the Espresso Tonic.
Shriek if you will, but apparently it’s all the rage on social media at the moment.
And, true to form, Dublin has jumped on the trendy bandwagon straight off the bat. The intriguing drink has been spotted at the Intercontinental, by Twitter user @firstmarathon_, who informed us that it was ‘delicious’.
We’re not fully convinced, but we are definitely curious.
