Dublin’s Latest Yoga Class Is Not For The Faint-Hearted

katedemolder

Dublin’s latest yoga craze has us feeling all aquiver just thinking about it.

But, yoga is soothing. What on Earth could it be?

We’re so glad you asked.

It turns out that Dubliners not only love drinking on rooftops, but also bending on them – as limited edition outdoor yoga classes will be held on the Croke Park rooftop walkway the Etihad Skyline next month.

And, oh yeah, it’s 17 storeys high.

Skyline Yoga1

The classes will be running every Saturday at 10am for four weeks, commencing on May 13.

Instructor extraordinaire is none other than Aisling Conn from Aisling Conn Yoga and Pilates. The approach she’ll be teaching on the days is inspired by the styles of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga.

The sky-high yoga sessions will be intimate, with no more than 15 participants, and will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.  They are suitable for all levels (even if you’re really crap) and promise to leave you feeling centred and revitalised. And will give you a cracking 360° view.

And that’s not all… Included in the price is a fresh healthy juice after your class in the GAA Museum’s Blackthorn Café.  Mats will be provided or you can bring your own. The classes are strictly over 18s.
