George Hook may divide opinion in this country, but it's difficult to explain how he could rile anyone up to the point where they'd send something quite like this; a piece of hate mail so vitriolic and so vile that it's actually quite hard to listen to its contents.

However the veteran broadcaster, who recently retired from his role as an RTÉ rugby pundit, has somehow managed to turn this vile material into a positive – by building it into a seriously powerful anti-bullying message.
