My hero when I was working in the kitchen and studying cooking at college was always Marco Pierre White. He was the original “Celebrity Chef” before anybody even knew what that meant but more importantly he was the youngest chef to ever get 3 Michelin stars and trained hundreds of chefs including Gordon Ramsay. He was kind enough to come over to our Live show and I got to sit down and talk to him about his career and life to date. He had everybody in the audience enthralled and this is the perfect talk for anybody who is either getting into cooking or who is maybe thinking of starting their own cafe or restaurant.
