No matter where you are in the world, student union campaign videos tend to follow the same old rigid formula – and it really does feel like once you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all.

Well luckily Alison Ring and David Atkinson from DCU’s Pop the Cherry Comedy have decided to rip the complete piss out of the formula, and they’ve done so with a brilliant tongue-in-cheek video that nails the cliches brilliantly. Props to them and let’s hope campaigners of the future watch this and never go back making the same old shite again!
