We are happy to announce that the Shoebox Appeal has received an overwhelming response thus far with regards to presnets, with trucks and containers jam-packed with shoeboxes set to make their way to children-in-need in Africa and Eastern Europe.
However, Team Hope have since moved the appeal online, meaning you can now fill a box at the click of a button.
You can easily donate €15 for an online shoebox, decide who you’d like to give your present to, and Team Hope will do the rest.
It’s the easiest thing in the world, and it’s also the best feeling on the planet. No brainer, really.

Niall Barry, Team Hope Executive Director. had this to say about the online addition:
Our online shoebox is a great idea for anyone who hasn’t had the time to go shopping, can’t get out, or just never got round to it. Our team in Kenya will use the money donated to create a Christmas gift (just like the ones we do here) and give it to one of Africa’s poorest children.
