The UpStarter Technology Recruitment event, sponsored by Accenture, aims to connect jobseekers with some of Ireland’s most innovative startups and technology companies in a casual setting.

All the companies with stands are hiring for a variety of positions from AI experts and java developers to product managers and customer experience executives.

UpStarter is also aimed at anyone in the process of setting up a new company who is looking to find a co-founder.

We popped along to their last event in the Powerscourt Centre and the place was absolutely buzzing with a great atmosphere and plenty of cool, like-minded people. 

“There’s huge demand from companies in Ireland for assistance in finding experienced technical employees. This is the fifth UpStarter event within the last year due to the overwhelming demand to attend the event. We had a waitlist of 700 people at our last event in October so we’ve moved to a much larger venue to accommodate everyone.”

Unlike typical graduate recruitment events, UpStarter is aimed at experienced jobseekers who may be looking for a career change.
