Take A Look Into The Life Of A Football Hooligan

While you always hear stories about football hooligans, you never think about the decisions that result in the mob-like behaviour..

Tonight on TV3 the documentary, Football Hooligan and Proud, will looks at football fans who get their kicks out of violence. They’ll interview a Bristol City supporter who chooses the hooligan way of life and is a member of Casuals United, a nationwide group that also looks for trouble at marches and demonstrations looking for trouble everywhere they goes.

We’ll then meet Rochdale fan who is on his third banning order, and is so attracted by the excitement surrounding the danger of violence. This documentary promises to provide a fascinating insight into the thought process behind the dark side of the football world, so give it a gawk!
