Wanna get bendy AND give back at the same time? Then this is the event for you.

Yoga In The Park 2017 is an outdoor yoga event in aid of the LauraLynn Foundation and Adi Roches Chernobyl International Foundation AND Bringing Chair Yoga to Nursing Homes.

In the past two years, this event has raised €22,500 for their chosen charities and this year’s event is hoping to beat that again.

Yoga In The Park will be taking place Sunday, June 11 at 11am on the west lawn of Malahide Castle and Gardens.

According to the event page:

”The event will comprise of a 75 minute yoga class presented by one of the HotYogaDublin team… we will a have a children’s yoga tent this year with a 50 min yoga class & story-telling for age groups 4yrs-10yrs making it a family event…

“All levels of yogis or non-yogis (aged 16+) are welcome or those who would like to discover or are curious of the many benefits from yoga. Why not join us and help create a sea of yogis for these wonderful charities. So much love in one space… I can imagine it now”.

Tickets are priced at €20 per adult or a family ticket for €45 (for two adults and two kids up to 10 years of age) and all proceeds go directly to the LauraLynn and Chernobyl international.

There will also be a couple of spot-prizes on the day for a few lucky participants! If you would like to either donate to the event, or even sponsor it, contact [email protected] or 0870521081.

For the day itself, you will need a yoga mat, small blanket and a bottle of water. For more information and ticket sales, check out the event page right here.
