This Live Electronic Act From Dublin Have Released Their Own Beer – And It’s Actually Deadly

Dublin-based, multi-talented electronic group, Vameel, have just added another skill to their list – and that skill is that of brewing.

With balmy summer evenings in full swing, this dreamy quartet have come together in the good name of tasty, alcoholic beverages…

This idea came about during their most recent creative session, when they decided they wanted to come up with an inventive way to get the word out about their band.

The band formed during the summer of 2015 and is made up of Jonathan Bogle, Róisín Doyle, Des Garvey and Dylan Povey.  Even though they’re relatively new to the Irish music scene, these guys have been clearing up, with gigs at The NCAD Christmas Ball, Whelans, Workmans and the Róisín Dubh.

We’ve tried the beer here in the office, and we’ve given it our seal of approval – and knowing it comes from a creative Irish background makes it all the sweeter.

They’re hosting a summer soireé on May 18 on Xavier Avenue, to officially launch their new brew, Vamale, and to showcase their brand new set.
