This Spa Is A Secret Haven Right In The Centre Of The City

Before I tried the Buff Day Spa, I had walked past it a hundred times without noticing it was there. 

Its unassuming door is tucked away on South King Street, just down from the Gaiety Theatre, and opens to reveal a narrow staircase. 

Once you get upstairs, though, you’re in for a surprise. 

It’s SO much bigger than you’d expect, with various treatment rooms, a sauna, a relaxation area and a tranquility room. 

It’s all beautifully decorated and so quiet it’s hard to believe you’re just a few metres away from the busy street. 

Some of the treatments are a little pricey but the beauticians really know what they’re doing and are all lovely. 

You can also spend as long as you want relaxing there afterwards – great for getting away from the world for a few hours.
