Stumped as to what to get your loved one for a birthday, anniversary or any other occasion that might be around the corner? Look no further.

We all know that memories will always be far more valuable then actual gifts so with that in mind we’ve compiled a list of forthcoming gigs and musicals in Dublin which may tickle your fancy.

It must be noted that while some of these events aren’t for quite a while, buying tickets some time soon will guarantee you’ll be in the good books whatever the Autumn occasion.

Hairspray

This delightful musical runs at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre for six days from Monday September 11 to Saturday September 16. With tickets as low as €15 they’re bound to go quickly so click here to get yours. 

Kasabian

The Leicester lads are back in town and always put on a great show. They play Tuesday November 28 at The 3 Arena. Tickets can be found here

Legally Blonde

A musical perfect for anyone obsessed with the 2001 movie of the same name. Legally Blonde comes to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre from March 5 to March 10 2018 and presale tickets are available from tomorrow, Wednesday August 30 from this link

The National

Check out the American rockers at Vicar Street On Sunday September 17 or Monday September 19. You’ll have to be quick because tickets are going fast. 

Ennio Morricone

Check out the legendary Italian composer in what is being billed as his last Irish show. This one could be a nice way to treat a mam or dad on their birthday but be warned tickets are pretty pricey. You can see for yourself here

Sister Act

The live stage version of the hit 90s movie is in the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre from Tuesday August 29 to Sunday September 3. Nab your ticket here
