An International Street Food Market Is Coming To Merrion Square Next Month

One of our favourite things about Dublin is the collection of food markets that pop up in different locations around the city.

We gave you the rundown on the new Thursday market at Merrion Square last week, and it’s now been announced that an “international food market” will take place at the site on July 8th and 9th.

The foodie feast will form part of this year’s Laya City Spectacular and will see Just Eat host “the very best street food offerings from across the country”.

Those taking part on the day will include Boojum, Kerala Kitchen, Kanum Thai, Shakapoke, Smokin Bones, Burger Republic, Pasta Box and Strong Roots.

There’ll also be entertainment on hand, with an international muci stage hosting live latin and salsa music from Cuban All Stars and Havana Club Trio, afrobeat ensemble Manden Express, and samba musicians and dancers MaSamba.
