Drop Everything – We’ve Found The Best Value Meal In Dublin City Centre

mariemadden

While eating out is definitely our favourite way to pass an evening, it can be tough on the pocket.

A quick burrito will set you back the guts of a tenner once you add all the extra bits and pieces, while a sit-down meal is generally something that you have to keep as a treat.

Luckily, we’ve found one spot in Dublin that will give you a delish meal prepped with fresh ingredients AND a glass of wine/beer for just €12.

Yep, €12.

Honest To Goodness on Dame Court is one of our favourite spots in the city, serving up Italian-inspired dishes like burrata with blood orange, thyme and toast and seafood salad with coriander and orange dressing.

The best thing on the menu though is the wood-fired pizza, which comes loaded with seriously tasty ingredients like fennel sausage, Neopolitan pepper salami and pear & Gorgonzola.

The pizzas are generally priced at a very reasonable €10-€15 but if you pop in between 5pm and 7pm during the week, you’ll get a pizza and wine/beer for €12.

There are different specials available each evening and we tried the prosciutto and red onion option, which was absolutely delish, and a glass of very tasty Merlot when we popped in yesterday.

Add it to your list!
