Here’s Where You Can Get A Michelin Star Christmas Dessert For Your Home In Dublin

Darragh Berry

You think that the main course of the dinner is the most important piece of grub on the agenda for the 25th of December but oh, how you are wrong.

The dessert is just as key as the turkey and stuffing. If someone scoffs the dinner but still manages to find room in that swelled belly for some of your dessert, you know you’ve done well.

And somehow, we think EVERYONE will have room for this desserts.

You are now able to get your hands on a Yule Log fresh from the kitchen of Michelin Star restaurant Chapter One.

Award-winning Pastry Chef Darren Hogarty is the person behind the tasty, delicious Yule Logs which look so beautiful that it is almost a sin to eat them and rather it feels like we should frame them instead.

But you better believe we are going to devour them once the admiration stops.

As Hogarty explains, there are two versions – dark or white chocolate – and both are decked out with flavours like caramelised white chocolate and buttermilk mousse, passion fruit and mango jelly, as well as spiced chocolate cream and clementine shortbread.

They are still taking orders for Yule Logs – which are available for collection on December 21st and 22nd.

The cost of the treat is €50 and to order your Yule Log, email [email protected] and pray to the Christmas Gods that you get one before they are all gone.
