1. Dinner Tasting Menu Liath
Liath is a brand new spot in Blackrock that specialises in fine-dining Irish cuisine.
All bookings are made month to month exclusively online so get booking now if you want to visit in May.
The tasting menus feature "
a sequence of clearly composed flavours and textures in optimal amounts intended to get you from there to here. The experience should be incremental, accumulative and balanced, bound by location, seasons and ingredients. Each bite is perfected, together they need to say something to the guest that they didn’t need to hear. In all, the guest walks away thinking the impossible."
The dinner tasting menu features eight courses and costs €78.

2. Ice Cream - Café Bombo
This stunning pink venue is more than easy on the eyes as well as being filled to the brim with delectably sweet treats.
If you're a sucker for ice cream you have to try this!

3. Smoothie Bowl - Kale & Coco
If you're on a health buzz, Kale & Coco is well worth a visit.
They make some of the prettiest smoothie bowls I've ever seen and they taste just as good too. Their brand new café can be found in the darling village of Stoneybatter.

4. Lobster Fries - Bart's
We headed down to Bart's last week and were blown away by the seriously good food options.
There are so few places where you can go for a pint and tuck into food
this good on South William Street.
Their lobster fries are a force to be reckoned with.

5. French Toast - The Hungry Duck
Some of the fluffiest, most delish French toast we've tried.
A very cute spot for a coffee.
6. Tower Burger - Token
Well this looks like the most INTENSE burger in all of Dublin - the Tower Burger from Token.
Made from 7oz Higgins Dry Aged Grassfed Beef Smashed Patty, Jalapeño Mature Cheddar, American Cheese, XL Spiced Chicken Cutlet, Salted Honey Butter, 2 Hashbrowns, Homemade Bourbon Hickory BBQ Mayo Sauce, Lettuce, Raw Onion, Tomato, housed in a beautiful Coghlan's Brioche Seeded Bun.

7. All In - Lucky Tortoise
If you're going for food with friends this week we cannot recommend Lucky Tortoise
"All In" menu enough.
This taster menu is full to the brim with delicious Asian-inspired dishes that have their own Irish flair.
