There’s A Brand New Pop-Up Restaurant Opening In Dublin For One Night Only

mariemadden

A very exciting new restaurant is set to open in Dublin for one night only.

Jackrabbit, the brainchild of Parlour Games’ Ian Marconi, will take over 105 Café in Clonskeagh on Saturday 26 November with a special five-course menu that sounds ridiculously good.

The meal will kick off with spiced beetroot soup with honeyed pumpkin and crispy lamb, before a second course of grilled purple sprouting broccoli with almond sauce, jamon and pickled quail’s eggs.

Next up is pan-fried gurnard with kale, labneh, green chilli and pickled red chilli, followed by ox cheeks with oroloso, celeriac mash and truffle oil.

The feast will finish with orange and chocolate mousse cups, served with apricot and cream.

If you fancy treating yourself to some gastronomic indulgence, tickets are priced at €55 and are available by emailing [email protected].
