There’s A Polish Foodie Feast On Next Week With 12 Courses And It Sounds Absolutely Droolworthy

How many of you heard about Pierogi? Bigos? Smalec… How many of you have tried homemade traditional Polish Food? 

Here’s your chance to taste the yummy flavours of Polish cusine, as there is a special feast day next Sunday in Medley restaurant in the city centre.

The 12 course (!) menu features all the traditional dishes beloved by Poland, as well as wine, cocktails – and of course – Polish ?ubrówka vodka.

Doors open at 12noon and the Feast will be served from 1pm.

So, what’s on the menu?

Chicken Broth with Hand Made Kluski 

Pork Schnitzel Coated in Sourdough Breadcrumbs 

Set of Vegetable Salads finished with Infused Oils  

Crushed Potatoes with Dill  

Bigos – Hunters Stew 

Slow Cooked Pork Loin served with Plum & Juniper Berries Sauce 

Hand Rolled Traditional Polish Pierogi stuffed with Slow Cooked Pork 

Root Vegetables Salad Topped in Rich Mayonnaise 

Herrings Made in Three Ways 

Hard Boiled Eggs Topped with Mayonnaise and Spring Onion 

Hand Rolled Knedle Stuffed with Cherries 

Apple Strudel with Italian Meringue and Crunch Toppings 

Traditional Polish Cheesecake with Minced Cheese and Raspberries
