These People Dedicated Their Saturday To Finding Dublin’s Best Chicken Wings – Here’s How They Got On

Dedicating an entire day to chicken wings?

THE DREAM!

That’s exactly what Cathal Gillen and a troupe of loyal, sauce-dedicated followers spent yesterday doing – visiting five of the establishments in Dublin most renowned for their spicy offerings, and evaluating each as they went.

With six in total in the crew – “two culchies, two Americans, a Brazilian and a Bray head” – they visited TriBeCa, Canal Bank Café, Captain Americas, Beeftro and Elephant and Castle. Each marked their dish out of 10, before the group collated the averages for the day.
