If you’re partial to the finer things in life, then we reckon you’ll be very pleased to see the newest menu at Suesey Street.

The Fitzwilliam Square restaurant (run by The Restaurant‘s John Healy) has just launched a brand new collection of dishes celebrating all things lobster.

And they sound DELISH.

Created by Head Chef Gareth Naughton, you can choose between Lobster & Summer Truffle Linguine, Lobster BLT w/truffle fries and a delicate Lobster & Crab Ravioli w/lobster sauce and caviar.

Fancy something a little lighter? Try the Lobster Bisque w/Smoked Gubbeen Toastie – all washed down with a Lobster Bloody Mary, of course.

Menus will be changing throughout the summer to test new dishes – so you’ll definitely be able to tuck into something divine.

The powers-that-be will also running a promotion next Thursday, July 13 where they’ll be having an on-street lobster tasting outside Suesey Street, starting at 12:30 and running ‘til 1:30.

So, get your skates on – there’s lobster to be had!

The Suesey Street Lobster Festival runs across July and August so there’s plenty of time to get your fix.
