If there are two words in the English language that were made for each other, it’s ‘bottomless’ and ‘Prosecco’.

One of the latest brunch trends in Dublin has seen several restaurants offer unlimited cocktails and bubbles as part of your meal and it is one offer that we are completely on board with.

The latest venue to jump on to bottomless bandwagon is the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Killiney, who are giving away unlimited free prosecco with their barbeques over the summer.

It costs €30 per person but for that, you get free reign on the BBQ spread of burgers, sausages, pork chops, swordfish steaks and ribs, served with corn on the cob, baked potato, garlic bread, seasonal salads and yummy Eton Mess.

And of course, you’ll need something to wash it down with so you can have free Prosecco and/or fresh orange juice for two hours from arrival.

If you want to check it out, the promo runs every Friday between 6pm and 8pm…
