This Luxury Chocolate Pop-Up In Town Will Let You Create Your Very Own Box Of Chocolate

Chocolate lovers of Dublin, now is your time to shine. 

Lir, the Irish chocolate maker, is celebrating 30 years of chocolate discovery with the launch of the ‘Lir Chocolate Workshop’ in the Fumbally Exchange, Dame Lane, Dublin 2 from Monday, 6^th – Sunday, 12^th November.

And it sounds like Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory in miniature form…

Open daily from 11am – 6pm, visitors to the ‘Lir Chocolate Workshop’ will get a peek behind the scenes at the intricate world of premium chocolate creation with Lir’s Master Chocolatier providing demonstrations in chocolate tempering and decoration. 

You will also be able to create your own bespoke chocolate collection, as well as taste Lir’s new, exquisite ‘Discovery’ collection and enjoy delicious hot drinks provided by the resident barista in a beautiful festive atmosphere.

Lir’s new range brings together Lir’s delicious chocolate exteriors with mouth-watering interiors, using ingredients sourced around the world, from Ireland to Madagascar and Tahiti. 

The ‘Discovery’ collection includes exciting new flavours, such as Persian Lime Truffle, Raspberry and Pistachio Duo, Dark Chocolate Torte and Chewy Pecan Caramel, alongside classic, much-loved favourites like Praline, Salted Caramel and Coffee.

 We’re drooling at the thoughts of this already.
