If you’re looking to try someplace new for lunch today, Cotto in Stoneybatter might be just the ticket, if you haven’t already tried it.
Having set up shop in the spot that used to house Soulful, Cotto opened just a few months ago and its sambos come courtesy of Oxmanstown and it’s amazing coffee from Full Circle Roasters.
Their brunch menu includes Mexican baked eggs with grilled tortilla and guacamole, a Lebanese breakfast plate with flatbread, tabbouleh, boiled egg, artichoke hummus, tomato, cucumber, and olives, and a breakfast frittata with sausage, bacon, and black pudding with mushroom, tomato and beans.
Have a look at what they’ve got to offer below.
