If you’re a massive fan of BBQ grub, Smokin Bones is the place to go.
Not only do they do unreal pulled pork, wings and dirty fries – but they have a mac n’ cheese side topped with breadcrumbs that is to die for.
One unusual dish that’s turning heads is their ‘Feasting Bin Lid Platter’ that is served, wait for it, on a bin lid.
Reddit user TheHoundInIreland posted to Ireland’s subreddit page about the dish and said, “I draw the line here. We were raised better than this.”
Serving food on alternatives to ordinary plates has been a huge trend over the past number of years – but people cannot get over the fact that it’s served on a silver bin lid.
The ‘Feasting Bin Lid Platter’ consists of a full rack of baby back ribs, Spatchcock Chicken, Pulled pork, Wings, Brisket, Slaw, Mac n’ Cheese, Corn on the cob and a huge portion of their house Dirty Fries that’s all served on an 18″ bin lid.
