Christmas parties are almost upon us, and if you're anything like me you've already raided your entire wardrobe and all the shops hunting for a gorge gúna to no avail.
Well, would you believe that Dublin's dress rental scene is booming, and blooming amazing.
In most places you choose your dress, instore or online, then you either collect or have it sent to you, keep it for around two days, look fabulous for your occasion and then return it!
Simple, and stunnin'.
My all-time favourite – Covet is one of the most beautiful boutiques in Dublin.
The walls are lined with silk and velvet gowns that will make you weep with joy.
You'll feel like a princess.
Starla is a bit of a hidden gem on South William Street.
They keep up to date on all the trends, are super helpful and are reasonably affordable!

Cari's Closet is legendary.
Stepping a foot inside this divine boutique and a warm, happy, retail therapy-feeling will wash over you.
Handily located in the city centre so that you can creep on your break, Frock N Fabulous were one of the first on the dress rental scenes in Dublin.
It's a girly, dreamy treasure trove.
Ok, I lied. This one's actually in Limerick but their stuff is absolutely lethal. Like S T U N N I N G and endless choices.
Brands include Rachel Gilbert and Alex Perry.
