Our thoughts: The repetitive caps lock 'DO NOT PHONE ME... JUST SHOW UP IF INTERESTED' has bad vibez written all over it. No thanks.

Our thoughts: When we hear the words 'studio apartment' - this is the luxury we imagine. And we'd happily call this home if it were slightly cheaper. Love the high ceilings and fire feature.

3. Ballymun Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9

Price: €800 per month.

Our thoughts: It's nicer than most, but too 'spensive for the area.

Price: €725 per month.

Our thoughts: House looks pretty nice from the outside, but looks beyond grimy, old and cramped on the inside. For €725? It's gonna be a no from us.
