Say what you want about Bono, but this is a nice act of kindness at a recent concert.
Footage has emerged of Bono picking up a screaming child at a recent intimate U2 gig in Paris.
The band were playing a special acoustic concert at the Refettorio restaurant in the Paris as part of the Food for Soul project.
The project helps out people who are in difficulty in the French capital.
U2 were already in France as part of their eXPERIENCE & iNNOCENCE Tour and international chef Massimo Bottura asked the band to hold an extra special performance at his restaurant.
When they began playing ‘One’, a child in the audience started crying but Bono picks the child up, cradles her and sings her to sleep.

The tour hasn’t been all smooth sailing for the band as they were forced to cancel the second show of the tour when Bono lost his voice during the Berlin gig.
Although it was feared that he would not be able to finish off the tour, Bono released a statement saying that he had seen a doctor and had got his “full voice” back.
