Dream Living Alert: These Gorgeous Gaffs In Greystones Are On Sale Very Soon

If you've ever wanted to live in a lap of luxury, look no further.

These stunning houses in Greystones are going on sale verrrrry soon and we don't think that they're going to hang around for very long.

The new builds, which will sit alongside the existing development, will be called the SeaGreen Collection. These houses sit on a more elevated part of the site. The houses will have tonnes of green space around them, with only a few houses located on every acre.

Built with traditional masonry block and brick, these homes boast vaulted trussed roofs, which is ideal if you want to convert your attic in future. The triple-glazed timber windows will sit above gorgeous granite sills and each house will have a path and a driveway made of cobble-lock stone, with pretty side gates leading to a private garden and paved patio. Just think of the summer BBQs...

Greystones town is only a 15-minute walk from SeaGreen, and the DART to the city centre only takes 50 minutes.

From stunning beaches to award-winning restaurants – The Happy Pear, The Hungry Monk and Chakra, we're looking at all of you – this pretty seaside town has plenty to offer. They say, that on a clear day you can see all the way to Wales, and even see some whales in the sea. With views like this, we would definitely believe them!

There will be four different types of houses available in SeaGreen: The Somerby, The Bellevue, The Wyndham and The Portland.

The Somerby, a five-bedroom semi-detached house, is the largest house available. Sitting on over 1,840 sq. ft, the house consists of five bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. The top floor bedroom also has a beautiful Cabrio balcony, a window that converts to a balcony, which shows off some amazing views.

The Bellevue, a four-bedroom detached house, with a wraparound veranda, has bright and spacious hallways, an American-style kitchen and beautiful living rooms. Measuring approximately 1,500 sq. ft, you might just get lost in the amount of space that's on offer. This house typically sits on corner sites in SeaGreen, and has some gorgeous views across Greystones.

Up next, we've got The Wyndham, a large four-bedroom, end of terrace home, that sits over 1,464 sq. ft and is spread over three floors. The master ensuite is on the top floor, so you know the views are to die for.

Last but not least, we've got The Portland, a spacious three-bedroom terraced home, which is approximately 1,176 sq. ft in size. This house hosts some really interesting spaces, including a huge larder/utility room and a multi-media mezzanine.

Each home will be equipped with modern and sustainable technologies, so if you're ecologically aware, you'll instantly feel at home. Each house has even been given an A2 BER rating (which, apparently, is kind of a big deal).

These homes have been built by Wood Group Homes, so you know the craftsmanship of the build will be superb, if their last projects in Churchfields, CherryGlade and Glendale are anything to go by.
