Here’s How You Can Get A Free Outdoor Combat Workout This Weekend

Have you been saying you're gonna get fit and healthy and get that #beachbod for the last six months? Yep, us too.

Take this as a sign from the FitFam Gods that now is the time to finally kickstart your fitness regime for the summer: FREE combat workout classes in Herbert and Bushy Park.

They're being organised by Combat Training Dublin, who will get you fighting fit with a mix of Muay Thai and other combat techniques in their new summer bootcamps.

They say:

"To celebrate we're running free classes in both Herbert and Bushy Park for you to have a go and see if you like it, before our first 6-week course begins on July 17th. With 8 classes across 8 days to choose from, we hope there's a class to suit you. Northside friends fear not, we'll be adding St Anne’s to our schedule in the coming weeks.

"Classes are limited to 30 people per class, so get in there quick!"

Here's the full date range of classes you can pick from:

Bushy Park: July: Sat 8th | Mon 10th | Wed 12th | Sat 15th

Herbert Park: July: Sat 8th | Tues 11th | Thurs 13th | Sat 15th

Saturday Classes are at 9am & 10am, weekday classes are at 6pm & 7pm.
