5 Insane Penthouses You Can Rent In Dublin Right Now

niallharbison

There’s something undeniably amazing about the thought of living in a large apartment with several rooms on the top floor of a building looking out over a city.

And there’s obviously a reason why penthouses appear in TV shows, movies and music videos all over the world – probably because they represent the high life in every sense of the word.

To give you a little inspiration and show you what is available here in Dublin we thought we’d round up five of the very best.

The prices are high and you’ll get a serious case of FOMO just looking at them but sure we can dream!

1. 98-100 South Circular Road, Portobello, Dublin 8

Easily one of the coolest areas in Dublin right now with cafes, restaurants and a young diverse population.

Get the very best of it by living in this lovely penthouse.

Only downside is that you’ll need €3,000 a month to call it home.

2. Forbes Quay, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and right in the heart of the Silicon Docks so you’ll have great views as well as unreal pubs and restaurants in the area.

Nice.

But again, you’re looking at €3,000 a month here.

3. Hanover Dock, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2

Shows you just how mad the Dublin market is when you consider that this three bed place will set you back €4,000 a month

Lovely spot and decent views but that is some serious coin you need to be earning.

4. Grove House Milltown, Milltown, Dublin 6

Because this place is a little further out of town, you get much bigger rooms, a penthouse spread over two floors and stunning views of this beautiful part of Dublin.

The dream.

Also slightly cheaper than the others at €2,700.

5. The Links, Elm Park, Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

This one comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully furnished for €2,800 a month.

The decor is minimalist and along with the large windows and balcony facing onto a golf course you’ll feel like you can escape the city in here.
