The property shortage in the capital is a very serious problem right now, yet somehow there are umpteen slick penthouses available in Dublin going for far beyone everyone’s budget.
None of these are under €3,000 a month to rent but if you could squeeze yourself and four friends then it might be a runner?
Just imagine living in one of these beauties…
1. Block K, Hanover Riverside, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2
Two balconies with great views over the entire city on one side, and the river on the other.
You get 101sqm of floor space and 3 bedrooms but it does come in at a rather pricey €4,250 so you’d want to gather up quite a few friends to make this affordable.
2. The Pines,Herbert Park Lane, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4
Sweet location in the heart of Dublin 4 with a gorgeous view of the city. The other views are straight into the RDS so as you can save some money on that Leinster season ticket.
And you’re gonna need that extra money too, because 2 bedrooms here will set you back a cool €3,500.
3. Pembroke Hall, Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4
You’d have to say it is the most tastefully decorated on the list but it would want to be at €4,000 a month.
You will get 116sqm and a lift which brings you directly to your own private floor of the building. Only two bedrooms though, so you’d want to be raking it in to afford this one.
4. 614, Cube 3 Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford, Dublin 18
Because this one is a bit further out of town you’ll get 3 balconies, 2 parking spaces and three bedrooms.
It’s fully kitted out but you’ll have to come up with a whopping €3,450 a month for the pleasure of living here.
5. Adelaide Square, Whitefriar Street, Dublin 2
Coming in at €3,500 a month it is on the pricey side when you consider it only has one bedroom.
On the upside you’ll have a city centre location, use of a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and gym within the complex.
Another bonus is that all utilities and bills are included so this is very much seen as a short term let.
