New developments have been few and far between in Dublin over the last number of years, but Thornbury Hill in Howth is launching the latest phase of eight houses and by God, have they been worth the wait.
The houses which have been designed by McCrossan O’Rourke Manning Architects are all built upon a third of an acre each and will sell for between 1.4 and 1.6 million.
The development is clearly targeted at families and will have just 30 houses on the 20 acre plot.

Each house is 312sq m, complete with high ceilings at 2.7m, five bedrooms (three ensuite), two reception rooms, two open fireplaces, and fully landscaped gardens.
The biggest draw is, of course, the incredible location in Howth where houses of this calibre are few and far between. You won’t have much of a chance to save for one of them though, because these won’t be around for long.
