For €850 A Month You Can Rent This Shed In Someone’s Back Garden In Blanch

AmyBell

Renting somewhere in Dublin doesn’t come cheap unfortunately, and if you want something decent you have to fork out quite a bit.

We spotted this shed that looks to be converted into a ‘granny flat’ on Daft.ie and it’s a tight squeeze for the price of it.

For €850 a month the one bedroom shed in Huntstown in Blanchardstown can be yours.

From the photos on the property site, there seems to be no side-entrance into the homeowner’s back garden – so you would have to walk through their house in order to get to it.

The shed does have central heating, internet and access to Sky TV but the bedroom and kitchen area are very close together by the looks of it -if you’re looking for something small it could suit, but still, it’s a SHED.

Have a look:

What do you think of it – would you spend €850 a month on it?
