Looking For Somewhere To Rent In Dublin? This Harold’s Cross Cottage Is A Real Beaut

Sarah

It seems like in order to find a home to rent in Dublin right now you have to have 100 glowing references, six months deposit, and be willing to sell your soul just to find something half decent.

I’ve been trawling through Daft every few days looking for reasonably priced one-bed gaffs near town, and it is tough.

But, dear home-seeker, we have found one that’s rather beautiful.

A picturesque cottage in Harold’s Cross for €1,500 a month

“A bright spacious mid-terrace cottage with wooden flooring, vaulted ceilings throughout, feature fireplace and double glazing.”

It’s modern and bright, with lovely coloured tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. There’s even a little garden patio out back where you could have brekkie outside on a sunny morning.

Now, there are a few downsides: it’s only a G Ber rating, so it might get a little chilly come winter, and it’s a short-term lease of about four months.

But maybe the landlord would extend for the right tenant? And that perfect tenant could be you.
