This new hotel is gonna be mahoosive.
Construction is already underway on Ireland's first ever Hyatt hotel which will open opposite St. Patrick's Cathedral next May.
The "luxury lifestyle" hotel, which is being developed in partnership with the Athlone-based Hodson Bay group, is targeted at "millennial-minded travelers who want to be in the middle of the action" with facilities like salon-grade blow dryers and lobby Ipads offering tips on where to go and things to do.
We like the sound of that.
In addition to 234 rooms, the Hyatt Centric Dublin will comprise of "state of the art conference and event facilities, a chic restaurant, urban bar and specialty coffee shop, 24 hour fitness facilities and secure underground parking."
This announcement comes as the Dublin hotel market begins to get busy again after a slow 2017 with the opening of only one hotel.
Can you see yourself staying here?
